1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "bv999" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating at bv999.biz, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bv999 platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on bv999 through which the User accesses all platform services.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated account balance maintained by bv999 on behalf of the User.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed on the bv999 sportsbook, including cricket, sports, and live game markets.

• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the native currency of the bv999 platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to bv999 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bv999 may request age verification documentation at any time and reserves the right to suspend or close any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using bv999 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Users located in Pakistan access the platform at their own legal risk and must satisfy themselves that doing so does not violate any applicable Pakistani law. bv999 does not hold a specific Pakistan gambling licence. 2.3 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered bv999 account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited. bv999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and, in cases where duplicate accounts have been used to obtain bonus funds or manipulate platform systems, to forfeit any balances in excess of documented net deposits across all associated accounts.

2.4 Registration Information

3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Payments

bv999 accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200 (PKR). bv999 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice to users.

4.3 No Third-Party Funding

You may only fund your bv999 account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts held by third parties — including family members — are prohibited. bv999 reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

4.4 Currency

All bv999 transactions are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bv999 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred if you fund your account in a foreign currency through an intermediary payment service.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Verification Requirement

bv999 may require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal. You must submit clear copies of any documentation requested, including government-issued photo ID and evidence of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

5.2 Processing Times

bv999 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days, subject to verification status and payment method processing times. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer requests.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 (PKR). bv999 reserves the right to amend this threshold with reasonable notice.

5.4 Inactive Account Balances

Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy charge of Rs 100 until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. bv999 will provide reasonable advance notice before applying dormancy charges.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on bv999 are subject to acceptance by the platform. bv999 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without providing a reason. Bets are accepted only when the platform confirms acceptance and credits the potential payout to your account bet slip.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for domestic fixtures, ICC for international matches). PSL match results are settled on the basis of the official DLS-adjusted result where applicable. Abandoned or voided matches will result in stakes being returned unless specific rules for partial match settlement apply to the market in question.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted during live events subject to system availability. bv999 does not guarantee continuous availability of live betting markets. bv999 will not be liable for any failure to accept an in-play bet due to network, system, or market suspension issues.

6.4 Obvious Errors

bv999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to an obvious error (including but not limited to pricing errors, duplicate market postings, or technical glitches) and to refund the stake. What constitutes an obvious error is determined at bv999's sole reasonable discretion.

6.5 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and vary by sport, market, and bet type. Current limits are displayed in the relevant market before bet placement. bv999 reserves the right to settle bets at the applicable maximum payout limit where a winning bet exceeds that limit.

7. Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on bv999 operate on certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, with physical equipment monitored for integrity. The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game information panel.

Game malfunctions void all associated plays and stakes. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the round outcome will be determined according to the established game rules, and the result will be recorded once connectivity is restored.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

bv999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail for that promotion.

Bonuses may only be used once per person, household, IP address, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. bv999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time where fraud, abuse, or technical error is identified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Users of bv999 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

1. Registering more than one account on the bv999 platform;
2. Providing false or misleading registration information;
3. Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
4. Using bv999 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with bv999 markets or systems;
6. Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain;
7. Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party;
8. Funding your account using payment methods not registered in your own name;
9. Engaging in match fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports integrity violation;
10. Threatening, harassing, or abusing bv999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

Violation of any prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on bv999.biz — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the property of bv999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bv999 content without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from gambling activity.

bv999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

bv999 does not guarantee the availability, continuity, or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party payment processing failures are outside bv999's control and do not constitute grounds for compensation claims.

12. Responsible Gaming

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to bv999's internal complaints process, accessible via the platform's live chat support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, either party may escalate to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
